Development Variance Permit No. 16/88
for 1015 Fraserview Street.

RESOLUTION:

That as recommended by the Director of Community Planning in his
memorandum of February 19th, 1988 a Voluntary Development Variance Permit be
approved exempting Lot 13, DL 340, Grp l, ref plan 71846, NWLD 75763 from the
requirements of Development Services Bylaw 2242, Section 13(b).

BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS :

Pursuant to instructions issued by the Council at its méeting of
February 22nd, 1988 the owners and residents of property surrounding the
subject property have been advised that Council are considering issuance of
this Voluntary Development Variance Permit at its meeting of March i4th,
1988. Accordingly, at this time written or verbal submissions should be
considered by the Council and a decision reached as to whether or not the
Development Variance Permit should be issued.
