A regular meeting of the Municipal Council! of The Corporation of the
City of Port Coquitlam was held jin the Council Chamber, Port Coquitlam
City Hall on Monday, May 13th, 1985 at 7:30 p.m.

His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay, Aldermen M.C. Farnworth, M.D,
Gates, J.J. Keryluk, G.R. Laking, W.W. Stewart and M.R, Wright in
attendance,

Also in attendance were City Administrator B.R. Kirk, City Clerk
ReA. Freeman, City Treasurer J. Maitland, Director of Community Planning
We Brown and Parks & Recreation Director K.J. Taylor. . |

SPECIAL PRESENTATION:

NP/01/85/05/13/01 .

His Worship Mayor L.M, Traboulay introduced representatives of the
Evening Optimist Club of Coquitlam and presented the four winners of the
Oratorical Contest with award medallions in recognition of their
achievement. The Optimist Club then a made a presentation to Mayor
Traboulay in appreciation of his service to the community. |

That the minutes of the Regular Counci | Meeting held on April 29th,
1985 be taken as read and adopted.
