2. SHARE will sell the paper and be reimbursed by IPI on a basis set forth in an associated exclusive contract to buy and sell newspaper. 3. IPI will provide a full time staff person at no cost to SHARE to assist in the setting up of the program for the month before the start-up and release staff time as needed for the start-up period, 4. IPI will provide funds for the purchase of 8,000 brochures to explain the program to Port Coquitlam residents. 3. SHARE will arrange the acquisition and distribution of the RhewSpaper collection bags. 6. SHARE will have full design freedom for the brochures and the bags subject to the wishes of the City of Port Coquitlam and recognizing the participation of IPI in the program using their approved logo and format. 7. The arrangement between SHARE and IPI will be for the length of the contract with the City of Port Coquitlam for the collection of recycled Newspapers. This agreement is to be reviewed annually, upon its anniversary date and may be modified or terminated with 3 months notice at that time or it can be terminated with 2 months notice if Share Service's MHR Grant is cancelled curing the term of the agreement, 8. SHARE is responsible for the acquisition of a vehicle and the hiring of such staff as necessary to operate the program. IPI will assist in these processes if requested.
