V3C 2A8 Dear Mr. Freeman: Re: Nuclear Disarmament Referendum At the Regular Council Meeting of Monday, February 20, 1984, City Council passed a Resolution requesting that the Resolution passed by Council on January 23, 1984 (copy attached) be forwarded to the Federation of Canadian Municipalities for inclusion in their Resolutions to be placed before the 1984 Federation Convention to be held in Winnipeg, June 3rd to 7th. Counci1 also requested that this Resolution be forwarded to surrounding Municipal Councils for their endorsation. We are therefore requesting consideration of same by your City Council.
