Separate contractors or by the Client's own forces.

Providing services in connection with the work of a
construction manager or separate consultants retained

by the Client.

Providing Detailed Estimates of Construction Cost,

analyses of owning and operating costs, or detailed

quantity surveys or inventories of material, equip-

ment, and labor.

2.8.10 Providing interior design and other similar services
required for or in comnection with the selection,
procurement, or installation of furniture, furnishings,

and related equipment.

2.3.11 Providing services’ for planning tenant or rental spaces.
2.8.12 Making revisions in Drawings, Specifications, or other
documents when such revisions are inconsistent with
written approvals or instructions previously given,
‘when such revisions are required by the enactment. or
revision of codes, laws, or regulations subsequent to
the preparation of such documents, or when such revisions
are due to other causes not solely within the control of

the Architect.

Preparing Drawings, Specifications, and supporting data
and providing other services in connection with Change
Orders to the extent that the adjustment in the Basic

Compensation resulting from the adjusted Construction
