OA By-law to stop up and close to traffic a portion of road shown

dedicated | on Plan 27977, District Lots 379 and 463, Group One, New Westminster
 pistriet, in the City of Port Coquitlam.

"WHEREAS pursuant to clause (b} of Subsection (1) of Section 578 of the.
“MMundedpad Act", being Chapter 290 of the Revised Statutes of British Columbia,
1979, the Municipal Council may by by-law stop up and close to traffic a highway

or: any portion of a highway; :

-AND._ WHEREAS the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of
Port. Coquitlam deems it desirable and expedient ‘that certain portions of highway”.
hereinafter described be stopped: up and closed to traffic;

Now THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City.

of Port Coquitlam; in. open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

of which is attached hereto;
