MAYOR AND COUNCIL - SEPTEMBER 14, PLANNING & ZONING R#20/76 COMMITTEE The Planning and Zoning Committee further considered the proposed 8-unit apartment on Gordon Avenue on September 13th, 1976 together with the public reactions expressed in the August 18th, 1976 Public Information Meeting. The Committee recommends that the proposed development be approved by Council. The Committee, however, wishes to emphasize that this recommendation is entirely based on planning consideration that the proposed use is more compatible with the surrounding developments than a 3-lot subdivision. The Committee also recommends that the R.C.M.P. be requested to investigate the complaints about traffic on the lane east of Jervis Street. A summary of the Public Information Meeting is attached for your consideration. Teer 3300 law ar wee agin aT asia * ge Raia egy 5 e9e Ret ~f L. Lee Planning Officer.
