expenses in connection therewith be paid by the City, be approved.

From the City Clerk, October 16th, 1975, concerning Rights-of-Way

some existing services through Lots 128, 129, and 140, it is necessary

for the City to give up the Right-of-Way it already holds over these

lots.

That the release of the Right-of-Way in favour of The Corporation
of the City of Port Coquitlam registered in the New Westminster Land
Registry Office under No. K116744 over those parts of Lot 128 and Lot
140 of District Lot 255 and Lot 129 of District Lots 255 and 384, Group
One, Plan 48989, New Westminster District, shown outiined red on Right-
of-Way Plan 47285, be and the same is hereby authorized;

AND THAT His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to
execute the necessary document therefor on behalf of The Corporation of

the City of Port Coquitlam and affix the Corporate Seal thereto.
