BY-LAW NO. 1384

A By-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Tree Cutting
Regulation and Permit By-law, 1973, No. 1293",
The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
“he | Section 2 of the "City of Port Coquitlam Tree Cutting Regulation
and Permit By-law, 1973, No. 1293" is repealed and the following substituted

, therefor:

"2, The provisions of this By-law shall not apply to any area .

of the City that is a parcel of real property of Seven ~
‘Thousand Two Hundred (7,200) square feet or less that has
improvenents constructed thereon."
