PRASER VALLEY MOSZUITO CONTROL BOARD GENSRAT MANAGER'S REPORT L974. The 1974 mosquito control season was, as expected, one that created many problems and difficulties in our control operations, There was a general high incidence of mosquitoes throughout the valley. The basic minimum gallonage to the program was exceeded by several board members. Co-operation and involvement with the Mosquito Control Officers remained good. The pilots for Conair Aviation, Mr. Robert Smith and Mr. Barry Madu, once again demonstrated the necessary concern and interest that is so vital in this line of work, Communications were maintained with the various departments auch as the Dept. of Federal Pisheries, the B.C. Department of Agriculture, the B.C. Pish and ‘/ildlife Service and the Department of the Environment in order to maintain complete co-operation and exchange of informanion. The specific points of interest and numerous areas of conflict or problems are discussed in this report.
