Traboulay advised the foltowing proposed Bylaw would now be considered: BL/01/87/07/06/01 Bylaw No. 2285: To rezone Lot A of Subdivision Plan of Lot 1, District Lot 232, Group One, Plan 73976, New Westminster District, prepared by V.C. Goudal and Associates, under File No. C3840-87 and containing 0.6849 ha from RS-3 (Estate Residential!) to RM-3 (Town House Apartment). The property is located at 2145 Nova Scotia Avenue and the rezoning would permit a townhouse development on the property.
