Hearing dates fixed
for accused killer

tional Centre. Friday, Nov.
19 charged with the shoot-
ing death of Donald Mervin
Pears, an Alberta mushroom
picker on Sept. 27.

race, where Wadsworth had

country trip, ending up in
North Pole, Alaska Dec. 4,

American radio shows will
learn more about this re-
gion, says Glen Saunders,
president of the Northern
British Columbia Tourism
Association.

At stops along the way,
the journalists will gather
requests for Santa Claus
for delivery once they
reach North Pole, Alaska.
