NOTICE OF INTENTION TO SELL REAL PROPERTY

Notice is hereby given that The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam has the intention of selling that certain parcel of land in Port
Coquitlam, British Columbia which Is more particularly described as:

Parcel One (Bylaw Plan 67756), Section 7, Township 40, New Westminster
District, Plan 2797 and which is municipatly described as a portion of the
east side of the 4000 block Toronto Street Port Coquitlam, B.C., and has an
area of approximately 94.72 sq.m. (1020 sq.ft.) and Is presently zoned
RS~1.
it will be a condition of sale that a Restrictive Covenant be imposed
on the property respecting the preservation of existing vegetation.

In the event that the foregoing lands are offered for sale, the lowest
price which will be accepted for them is $3,211.00.

lf any person desires any further information regarding Counci!'s
intention to sell these lands, or would like to make any proposal for the
acquisition of them, please contact the undersigned on or before the 12th

day of September, 1984,
