A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: 1. That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which is more particularly described as: All that part of Lot 2 District Lot 232 Group One Plan 6769; Lying north of Statutory ROW Plan 68301 New Westminster District is hereby rezoned from C-1 (Comer Store) to RM-3 (Townhouse) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning. This Bylaw may be cited for ail purposes as "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240, Ainendment Bylaw, 1993, No. 2768". Read a first time by the Municipal Council this Ist day of March, 1993.
