That the developer construct the additional lane required by the Ministry of Highways on Lougheed Highway as well as a sidewalk for the frontage of the development; That the developer be responsible for the provision of a new connection to the Greater Vancouver Water District watermain sufficient to provide fire flow for the development as well gs other piping sufficient to provide adequate flows to the remainder of the serviced area in spite of the water demand from this development; That the developer be allowed to connect to the existing sewer on Kitchener Avenue or in the lane east of Lancaster Avenue; ATR OE MAS PRN a fod AP ta ne tee eerie ne AND THAT the developer be required to provide a storm sewer system FMC from the development to an outfall on the Coquitlam River. Alderman Gates Suggested that a bus step be built in Sore te san sane tee ant the Lougheed Highway deceleration lane. Alderman Ranger stated in his opinion the access to Kitchener Avenue should be moved west and angled for westward traffic. Moved by Alderman Ranger: That the preceding resolution be amended to require the driveway onto Kitchener Avenue to be moved 200 m west and inclined 30 degrees to the west. Lost for want of a seconder. Discussion then ensued on the access onto Kitchener Avenue and the following amendment was proposed.
