That as recommended by the Building and Protection Committee,
in the report from the Senior Building Inspector, November 20th, 1978
the portion of Marshall Avenue east of Brown Street be renamed Tyler
Avenue.

Carried.

From the City Engineer, November 23rd, 1978 recommending that the
park site at Imperial Avenue and St. Michael Street be cleared at an
approximate cost of $3,000.00 with the funds to be taken out of the
Parks Development Reserve.

That as recommended by the City Engineer, November 23rd, 1978 the
park site at Imperial Avenue and St. Michael Street be cleared at an

approximate cost of $3,000.00;

AND THAT the funds be taken out of the Parks Development Reserve.

Prior to the question being called on the foregoing resolution the
following amendment was proposed:

That the foregoing resulution be amended to include the words
"Subject to an adequate tender call being made.'' as the last paragraph

in the resolution.
