That this application be approved to proceed for rezoning from C-1 (Corner Store) to CD (Comprehensive Development) under Section 963 of the Municipal Act subject to: a. Completion of a design to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning, that fully complies with the provisions of the CD Zone, and the "Development Management Bylaw" (Parking Bylaw); b. Satisfaction of Engineering requirements; Cc. Submission of landscaping plans to the satisfaction of the Parks and Recreation Department 5 d. Satisfaction of Building Department concerns; e. Issuance of a Development Permit. f. Declaration of this area as a Development Permit Area. 2. That the Planning Department be authorized to draft Development Permit 99/92; and 3. That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the documents when completed subject to the conditions noted above.
