July 27, 1992/2314 His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay introduced Mr. Robert Ricketts of 1830 Taylor Street who spoke to Council regarding Plans Cancellation Applications, and in particular his opposition to Warwick Avenue applications. Mayor Traboulay suggested that Mr. Ricketts' petition be forwarded to the lawyers. Mrs. Cathy Rutherford, 1309 Eastern Drive, petitioned the Council for an opportunity to speak regarding the travel policy. Moved by Alderman Gordon: Seconded by Alderman Gates: That Mrs. Rutherford be allowed to speak regarding the travel policy. Carried. Mrs. Rutherford spoke regarding Aldermen Keryluk and Gates spouse's registration fees at the Federation of Canadian Municipality's Conference which have not been reimbursed to the City.
