FINAL READING
BYLAW 2674

WHEREAS the "Offielal Community Plan Amendment Bylaw No. 33, 1992, No. 2674"
recelved first two readings on May llth, 1992;

AND WHEREAS the Council has, since that date, considered the proposed
amendment to the Official Community Plan in conjunction with the City's most
recent Capital Expenditure Program;

AND WHEREAS the Council has, since that date, coasidered the proposed
amendment to the Offielal Community Plan in conjunction with the Economic
Strategy Plan entitled "Part Coquitlam Industrial Development Strategy”;

AND WHEREAS no applicable Waste Management Plan exists for consideration;

AND WHEREAS the required statutory procedures, including the holding of
Public Hearing, have heen followed and the sald Bylaw No. 2674 was read
third time on June 15th, 1992;

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED:

THAT no inconsistency cau be seen to exist between the amendment to the
Official Community Plan proposed to be enacted by Bylaw No. 2674 and the
City's most recent Capital Expendituve Program;

THAT no inconsietency can be seen to exiat betweer the amendment to the
Offielal Community Plan proposed to be enacted by Bylaw No. 2674 and the
Economica Strutegy Plan" that was presented to Council at its meeting of May
13, 1985;

THAT no applicable Waste Management Plan exists for consideration;

AND THAT the said Bylaw No. 2674 be reconsidered, finally passed and adopted.
