A regular meeting of the Municipal Council of the Corporation of The City
of Port Coquitlam was held in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Hall,
2580 Shaughnessy Street, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on Monday, October 7th, 1991, at
7330 pom. ,

’ His. Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay and Aldermen M.D. Gates, M.J. Gordon,
J.J. Keryluk, and R.H. Talbot, were in attendance,

Also in attendance were City Administrator B.R. Kirk, City Clerk R.A.

Freeman, City Engineer I.R. Zahynacz, City Planner C.R. Felip, Fire Chief J.
Baillie, Deputy Fire Chief G. Reutley and Fire Prevention Officer T. Clarke.

That the minutes of the Regular Council meeting. held on September 30th,
1991 be taken as read and adopted. .

WHEREAS: Businesswomen in our community have made a significant
contribution to our economic system and it is important that the public and
all levels of government are aware of the role of the businesswoman in the

AND WHEREAS: The Coquitlam Business and Professional Women's Club is a
leader in the furtherance of businesswomen through training and education and
in working toward the improvement of cconemic, social and employment
conditions for women, and has provided a strong and responsible voice for
working women in our community, . ee

NOW THEREFORE I, Leonard M. Traboulay, Mayor of the Corporation of ‘The |
City of Port Coquitlam DO HEREBY PROCLAIM the week of October 13th to 19th, /
