Upgrading of the Cedar Pedestrian Bridge

RESOLUTIONS:

Ae That the report from the City Engineer concerning the upgrading of
the Cedar Pedestrian Bridge, dated August 21st, 1991, and its
accompanying material, be now placed before the Council for further
consideration.

B. "1, That the City approve the construction of the pedestrian bridge
over the Cedar drainage ditch located west of Cedar Elementary
School at an estimated cost of $12,429.”

"0. That $12,429 be allocated from the 1991 Public Works Capital
Fund for this purpose.”

BACKCROUND AND COMMENTS:

Alderman Gates would like the Council to give this matter further
consideration. This can be accomplished by passing resolution "A" above.
This will thea allow the Council to consider resolution "RB" above which is the
recomendation contained in the original report. — | :
