The wine and beer store of the Frisco's Hotel is 1100 metres away from
the subject property. The Planning Department, therefore recommends that the

beer and wine store not be supported.

Prior to making any decisions on the lounge the, Development Procedure
Bylaw requires that a Public Information Meeting must take place. It is
therefore recommended that Council refer the application for the Lounge,
complementary to a hotel, to a Public Infornation Meeting to be held at the

Municipal Hall.
