BYLAW NO. 2493

A Bylaw to amend the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240"

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in
open meeting assembled, enacts 48 follows:

Section 905(1)(k) and Section 905(1)(1) of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning
Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" are repealed.

Section 906(1) of the Bylaw is amended vy renumbering the present clause
(c) as clause (d) and inserting the following ag a new clause (c):

“(e) Retail sales of groceries, and confection occupancy naximnun
60 m@ (645 sq.ft.) accessory to a service station use."

3, This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the “Port Coquitlam Zoning
Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1990, No. 2493".

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 26th day of March, 1990.

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 26th day of March, 1990.

Public Hearing held this 30th day of April, 1990.

General Purpose of the Bylaw:

To eliminate the Uses of "Service Station" and "Car washing
Establishment” from the CS-1 Zone; and

To permit grocery and confectionery sales as 4 Use accessory to a4
Service Station Use in the CS-2 Zone.

Location of Property Affected:

All land in the City goned CS-1 (Highway Commercial) and CS~2 (Service
Station) is affected by the proposed amendments.
