Brown Director of Planning Wall and Redekop Subdivision Off Site Improvements Developers Agreement RECOMMENDATION: THAT the Mayor and Clerks' Office be authorized to endorse this agreement to provide for construction of Chelsea Avenue and thinning of trees around the south east corner of the subdivision COMMENTS: This developers agreement is to provide for off site improvements that are required for enhancing the Wall and Redekop subdivision. The improvements are to construct the east end of Chelsea to its full standard and to thin trees along the south east border of the site. The road improvements are being made because the land along the other side of the road is designated for park use and will not be developed. Due to this the developer will construct the full road. Thinning trees at the south east corner of the subdivision is to alleviate a problem that home owners along Juniper Avenue are having. Director of Planning.
