RE: Insurance Claim Jordan Cripps

RESOLUTION:

Be it resolved that the limitation period prescribed by Section 754
of the Municipal Act, if applicable, be extended to May 15, 1969 in
respect of injuries sustained by Jordan Cripps at Hyde Creek Pool on May
18, 1988, provided that nothing in this extension shall prejudice the
City in the defense of any action which may be commenced.

BACKGROUND AND COUNCIL: |

As will be seen from the material following our insurers have
requested that the above noted action be taken in order that further time
nay be allowed for settlement of the claim before court action nust be
commenced.
