this evening to consider the creation of a Development Permit
Area on adjacent lends, We hold no objeetion to Buch a
PFOposal,

It is also our understanding that a Mr. Rebertson, an owner on
Eastern Drive, has put forward a preposal to link the propesed
development to Citadel Helghts in two logations, one to
Confederation and the other to Citadel Drive, As Counei] ig
aware, wo have previously reeorded our objeetion to the
Soufederation connection in the attached letter dated June
