AND WHEREAS the Municipal Act, R.S.B.C. 1979, c. 290 provides that in a Development Permit certain matters may be varied or supplemented in the manner specified therein; NOW THEREFORE the Counci! of the City hereby issues a Development Permit in respect of ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel .of land situate in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia, which is more particularly described as: 7 North 128 ft. of Lot 12, Block 4, D.L. 379, Plan 1213, New Westminster District. . Part of the land use contract governing this property. is the appearance of the building's front elevation including signing. : | | The application is being supported for approval due to lack of visibility for this store. As it prasently exists store signing is a single fascia sign. Due to the building's design for store front setbacks and flying butresses at either end, that fascia sign is not visible, Consequently, the store operator has appi ied to erect a projecting sign that is visible to the sides.
