A Bylaw to amend the "City of Port Coquittam
Zoning Bylaw, 1979, Now 16518,

The Municipal Counci! of The Corporation of the City of
Port Coquitiam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as
foltows:

That certain Parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam,
British Columbia which is more particularly described as:

Parcel "At (Reference Plan 308)
Block 22

District Lot 464

Group One

Plan 1317

Except the North 33 teat

New Westminster District

is hereby rezoned from RM=-2 to RM=4 and the Zoning Map of
the "City of Port Caquitiam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651"
is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning. °

This Bylaw may be cited for ali Purposes as the "City of
Pert Coquitiam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment
Bylaw, 1984, No. 2065",

October, 1984,
