The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam

‘will hold a Public Hearing in the Councjl Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Hall,
2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on Monday, March oth, 1981 at
7:30 p.m. to consider the following proposed by-law to amend the "City of
Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 1651":

‘By-law No. 1816: to rezone lot "H", Block 33, District lot 464,

Group Onc, Plan 12912, New Westminster District, from RS-1 to RT-1.

This property is located at 1992 Suffolk Avenue and following
--completion of the rezoning procedures it. is expected that the

existing house on the property will be removed and a duplex

dwelling will be constructed.

“A copy of the proposed By-law, and other relevant documents, may be

~dnspected in the Office of the City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at the

vaddress given above, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. - on working
-days - from February 26th, 1981 to March 9th, 1981.

All person who deem their interest in property affected by the
proposed By-law shail be affordad an opportunity to be heard at the Public

Hearing on matters contained in the By-law.
