A regular meeting of the Municipal Council of The Corporation of
the City of Port Coquitlam was held in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam
City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on July 28th,
1980 at 7:30 p.m.

His Worship Mayor G.R. Laking, Aldermen M.D. Gates, J.J. Keryluk,
E.W. Mabbett, P.F. Ranger and L.M. Traboulay tn attendanee.

Also in attendance were Chief Administrative Officer L.D. Pollock,
City Treasurer J.G.8. Maitland, Fire Chief W.S. Wingrove, Works &
Utilities Superintendent G.W. Ulmer and ra, DL. Vyse.

ZONING PUBLIC HEARING:

His Worship Mayor G.R. Laking advised the meeting the following Zoning Public
Nearing:
proposed By-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-Law, B/L #1766 ~
City of Pt.Coq.
1979, No. 1651" would now be considered, Zoning B/L, 1979
No, 165], Amend.

By-law No. 1766: B/1., 1980

To remove the Zone Nesaignation of R8=<) ansigned to Lot 104, Block
"EY, SE of Section 7, Township 40, Plan 20984, New Westminater District,
and te assign the Zone Designation of RT] to the said property.

Mayor Laking then explained the propesed rezoning stating that the
property is leeatad at 747=749 Chelsea Avenue and is being rezoned at
the request of the owner se that the property may be plaeed in the
vorrect gone for dts current use.

Ne one wan present in opposition to the foregoing praponed Zaning
By-law Amendment.

Mayor Luking then explained the proposed rezoning stating that the

property comprises portiens ef the Marshall Avenue (row aamed "Tyler

Avenue") Road Allowanee west of Brown Street, the Marshall/ Tyler Avenue

Road Allowance west of Ryan Street, and the Ryan Street Road Allowance
