Forcier, Esq., Treasurer Dear Sirs: RE: Prosecutions Previncial Court Port Coquitlam, July - August 8/72 I am enclosing our account for services rendered as Crown Counsel on behalf of the City of Port Coquitlam to August 8th, 1972, which I trust you will find in order ani satisfactory. You will note that our Mr. Hyde, who acted as Prosecutor for your Court for the past two years, performed services in that capacity on July 25th, August lst and August 8th in the new Justice Building at Coquitlam as such services were re- guested for the first three weeks of the change-over from the Court in Port Coquitlam te the new Court in Coquitlam. In closing might I note that save for a brief portion of approximately one year, the writer has been the appointee by the City of Port Coquitlam as Prosecutor since 1950 when I was initially retained at the time of the change-over from staffing by the B.C. Provincial Police to the R.C.M.P. Through- out those years I have enjoyed a most happy and congenial relationship with the different staff members of the Police getachment and with City officials in carrying out my duties as Prosecutor and for a portion of which time, I served as your City Solicitor.
