October 3rd, Trinoda Holdings Ltd., Mezz. 9304 Salish Court, Burnaby, B. C., in the form and to the extent set forth in "Land Use Contract No. 24" which said Land Use Contract is annexed to and made part of the bylaw and the said Land Use Contract No. 24 shall extend to and regulate the development and use of land described as: Lot 399, Southwest Quarter, Section 6, Township 40, Plan 4480S, New Westminster District. The above noted property is a 4.21 acre site located at 2986 Coast Meridian Road and a 42 single family residential use proposed. The Planning Officer indicated a sketch showing the proposed development and stated that the proposed development would have 42 strata title units. He said that four: types of houses would be built, all two-storey dwellings with an attached carport to each unit plus additonal parking. Alderman Keryluk inquired as to the initial cost of these dwellings and the developer replied the houses would be built under the AHOP program and would cost $47,000. Alderman Keryluk then asked about secondary access for emergency vehicles should the primary access be blocked and Alderman Laking pointed out on the site plan an area which will be landscaped, but could be used for emergency vehicles. Alderman Ranger stated that information should be obtained on school accommodation in the area, before third reading of the Bylaw was considered. | The Public Hearing concluded at 9:15 p.m., and the regular Council meeting then commenced.
