BACKGROUND: The proposed development site is approximately 15,721 sq. ft. in
size and is located within the long range downtown apartment area.

‘The proposed building is a 3-storey structure. No elevator is to
be provided. Residential use is mainly on the 2nd and 3rd floor
with only one suite to be located on the main floor.

Entrance to the ground level parking is from the lane.

The design and finishes of the proposed building are in general quite
acceptable.
