By-laws No. 1510 and 1511: to rezone A portion of Lot 1 of Lot A, Section 6, Block 6, North Range 1 East, Plan 8560, EXCEPT Firstly, Part included in Plan 9168; Secondly, Parcel "B", Reference Plan 12888; Thirdly, Parcel "A", Reference Plan 13490, New Westminster District from CS-1 (Service Commercial) to A-l (Agricultural), in order that the entirety of the said property will be zoned A-1 (Agricultural). By-laws No. 1512 and 1513: to rezone Lot 72, Block 4, District Lot 480, Group 1, Plan 20844, New Westminster District, from CS-l (Service Commercial) to RS-2 (One Family Suburban Residential- Single Family Residential). Bylaws No. 1514 and 1515: to rezone Lot 73, Block 4, District Lot 480, Group 1, Plan 20844, New Westminster District, from CS-1 (Service Commercial) to RS-2 (One Family Suburban Residential- Single Family Residential). By-laws No. 1516 and 1517: to rezone Lot 74, Block 4, District Lot 480, Group 1, Plan 20844, New Westminster District, from CS-1 (Service Commercial) to RS-2 (One Family Suburban Residential- Single Family Residential). These properties have the civic addresses of 1477 Lougheed Highway, 1525 Lougheed Highway, 1545 Lougheed Highway and 1651 Lougheed Highway. A copy of the proposed Bylaws may be inspected in the Office of the City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at the address given above, between the hours of 9:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m. ~ on working days - from February 24th, to March 7th, 1977.
