"1A. This By-law shall not apply to the Nature Area governed by the
provisions of the "Nature Area Regulation By-law, 1976, No. 1433" being Lot
325 of the North-west Quarter of Section 6 and the South-east Quarter and

South-west Quarter of Section 7, of Township 40, Plan 49145, New Westminster

District."

14. Any person who violates any of the provisions of this By-law shall
be guilty of an offence against this By-law and shall be liable, upor summary
conviction, to a fine or penalty not exceeding Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars
or imprisonment for a term noc exceeding six (6) months, or both.

415. This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "Nature Area

Regulation By~law, 1976, No. 1433".
