LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Lot 36, District Lot 288, Group 1, Plan 38929 BACKGROUND: The two buildings in question were built in 1972 - 73. Each is roughly 4,000 square feet in size. They are sited side by side with a common driveway in between. Parking is provided behind the buildings. The condition of the site is such that no landscaping in front yard is provided, and parking area is not paved. The applicant, however, has agreed to landscape part of the front yard and pave the parking area and has further agreed to post a bond to cover such works. RECOMMENDATION: This application was considered by the Planning & Zoning Committee at its January 21st, 1976 meeting andthe Committee recommends that the application be approved.
