ITEM I - Agricultural Hall

As Council is aware, discussion has taken place in the past. that when the new
facility on Laurier Avenue is completed Aggie Hall would no longer be used
for programming and would be closed. It is our understanding that the new
facility will be ready some time in May or June 1975. Therefore it is
recommended that Aggie Hall be closed on May 31st, 1975.

It should be noted, however, that investigations are presently underway as to
the possibility of obtaining a Federal Grant to upgrade historical buildings.

Further reports will be forthcoming.

ITEM II ~ Outdoor Pools FOR INFORMATION ONLY:

Due to the uncertainty of completion date for the new indoor pool, the
Recreation Department will be running the usual school programme in the
outdoor pools during the months of May and June.
