month’s annual inspection
found. multiple leaks in the
original, 16 year old boiler.
Council subsequently approved
the purchase of two new boilers
costing approximately $30,000.

Scott explained it wasn’t until
these boilers arrived that it was
discovered the existing chimney
would not be adequate and a
vent pipe had to be installed.
