That as requested by Nu-West Development Corporation Ltd., July
16th, 1979 permission be granted to allow installation of services in
Phase 4 at this time.

Prior to passage of the foregoing resolution Alderman Ranger asked
for a report on the progress of the park in the Nu-West Development and
Assistant City Engineer, Mr. L. Melnechenko, P. Eng. was able to do so
stating that drainage installation was complete and progress on the park

is going well. Mr. A. Schellenberg, of Nu~West Developments was present

to answer Council's enquiries.
