THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM Mayor and Council February lst, 197 F.E. Peters, P. Eng., City Engineer Re: Certification of Costs for Local improvement Works In August 1978, preliminary estimates for local improvement projects on St. Anne Street, Essex Avenue, and Newberry Street were presented to Council. Council approved these projects and requested detailed estimates to be pre- pared. Subsequent to that decision the former Public Works Committee requested that costs be broken down into separate items so that if the people turn down the complete package, we might still be able to get approval for a part of the work. Accordingly, I have split the estimates into two parts; either the complete works which consist of storm Sewer, pavement, curb and boulevard; or storm sewer only. It is not practical to do paving only. 1. St. Anne Street ~ Dorset te Lincoln Separate report to be considered in Buiget Committee. 2.
