Increase in pedestrian traffic

People having to park away from the pub rua the risk of their vehicles being
vandalized because of poor lighting and obscure locations. People will also ba
walking back to their cars after an evening of drinking. There will be an increase
in pedestrians coming from the other drinking extablishments in the immediate
area. This is ulready a concern as patrons cross Shaughnessy Strect between
Confetti and the Gold Ears Hotel, This pub would provide yet another location to
walk to. This would normully not be & concern except when people have been
drinking.

3, A third drinking establishinent

“This pub would meke three liquor establishments within the downtown core of

Port Coquitlam. This doea not Include the Frisco’s Nightclub ut Shaughnessy and
Lougheed. '
There is already many problems with the estublishment of Confetti reguzding
vandalism, littering, etc.A third liquor premise could cause even more problems
because of the increase in pedestrian traffic moving in the area after a night of
drinking.

T realize these appear to be non related building issues, however, they are very real issues
that the police and area businesses and residents will have to deal with,
