That the City purchase a utility tractor and implements from Avenue Farm Machinery Ltd. in
Abbotsford, at a cost of $35,967.00.

That the monies for this equipment be taken from the Parks and Recreation Department
Equipment Reserve Fund.

That the City of Port Coquitlam’s Parks and Recreation Department sign a contract with West

Coast Amusernents Ltd. to provide amusement rides and a midway for the 1994 May Day.
