Eng. r City Engineer BY COUNCIL ; on sn 1 FIRST AID TRAILER - PUBLIC WORES YARD So (Public Works Committee Meeting of May 28, 1991) CITY CLERK That the City of Fort Coquitlam approve the lease, installation, and furnishings for a First Aid Trailer in the Works Yard, based on an estimated cost in 1991 of $17,870. That $17,870 be allocated from the Public Works Capital Fund for this purpose. It is the Worker's Cornpensation Board requirement that the City of Port Coquitlam Public Works Department have a fulltime First Aid Attendant at the Works Yard as shown on the attached correspondence from the WCB. . Attached is a memo from the Operations Manager dated May 17, 1991, showing the details for the cost of the First Aid Station. A new trailer would cost $16,100, and a lease for the same trailer would be $500.00 per month. In summary, the cost for the First Aid Station based on a six month prepaid lease is as follows: Trailer lease - six months @ $535.00 per month $ 3,210.00 Service hookups, furnishings & Supplies TOTAL 1991 CAPITAL COST LR.
