Moved by Alderman Thompson: Seconded by Alderman Talbot: That Council approve the proposed rates for 1991 water and sewer as handwritten on the rate schedules attached to the Council Agenda. That Council approve the proposed utility budgets for 1991. Carried. From the City Engineer dated January 17th, 1991 regarding School Zone Extension - Cedar School Area. Moved by Alderman Gates: Seconded by Alderman Wright: That the City of Port Coquitlam extend the existing school zone for Cedar School along Prairie Avenue from Lot 1, Plan 9164 (830 Prairie Avenue) to Rae Street. Carried. From the City Engineer dated January 16th, 1991 regarding Simon Fraser Health Unit Parking Request. Moved by Alderman Gates: Seconded by Alderman Wright: That the City of Port Coquitlam change parking permits fees for reserve parking spaces on City parking lots from $10.00 per month to $5.00 per month, or $50.00 per year per parking spot.
