The property is located on the East side of Reeve Street between Pitt
River Road and Hawthorne Avenue and would permit the construction of an
approximate 2.463 ha (6.08 acres) portion of the property. The balance of the
property (approximately 0.306 ha —- 0.757 acres) will be retained by the City
for future road relocation.

The property is located on the East side of the 3100 Block Flint Street
(North of Fraser Avenue) and would permit the construction of a 24 unit
apartment complex on the property.

A letter was received from David and Christina Brown, 3135 Cambridge
Street st.cing their objections to the proposed rezoning as notification of
the meeting was sent during the Christmas rush. Mr. and Mrs. Brown referred
to the existing traffic problems how this would be complicated by 22
additional families.

The following people spoke regarding the proposed rezoning:

Mr. M. Seaton, 3151 Cambridge Avenue feels the road conditions in the area
are not acceptable when considering additional housing and that the Apartment
would devalue their property.

Mr. G. La Gigla, 3143 Cambridge Avenue would like to go on record ag being
in agreement with the previous speaker.

His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay after hearing that notification of the
Public Hearing over this seasons holidays did not allow the speakers time to
consider the effect of the proposed rezoning advised that the Public Hearing
will not be adjourned and will reconvene on January 22nd, 1990.
