KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that the Corporation of
the City of Port Coquitlam ("City") for and in consideration of
payment by Imaceco Enterprises Ine. (Genstar Development Company
Division) ("Genstar") of the sum of Twelve Hundred and Fifty~Five
Dollars and Twelve Cents ($1,255.12) and other good and valuable
consideration (the receipt and sufficiency of which ig hereby
acknowledged by the City), the City does for itself, its assigns
and successors hereby release Genstar, and its directors,
officers, employeass, Successors and assigns from any and all
claims, demands, causes of actions, actions and damages and
losses howsoever arising which the City may now have or have in
the future against Genstar, its directors, officers, employees,
euccessors and assigns arising from the drainage of storm waters
from the Hazel Trembath School Site in Port Coquitlam, British

Columbia.

The i hereby acknowledges and agrees that the
release herein a release of a disputed claim and is not an
admission of liability on the part of Genstar in any way

whatsoever,
