Marian Kroeker Park and that the monies be taken from the park D.C.C. interest.

Cc That access to Marian Kroeker park be constructed along the Guest
Street alignment at a cost not to exceed $3,590.90 to be taken from the Parks
2nd Recreation Department Capital Fund of $75,000.00.

WHEREAS the City and Meridian Industrial Park Ltd. have reached
agreement on the granting of easements over City owned property defined as.
Parcel Identifier 001~974-050, Lot 28 of District Lot 231, Group 1 and of
Fractional Section 19, Black 6, North Range 1 Fast, New Westminster District,
Plan 69963 for a term of 25 years and a payment of $250.00 per easement;

NOW ‘THEREFORE the Mayor and Clerk are authorized to execute and affix
the corporate seal to all such easement agreements as they are received, and
to instruct the Soliciter tu attend to registration of the easements.
