RESOLUTION:

That as recommended by the Director of Community Planning in his
memorandum of January 18th, 1988 a Voluntary Development Variance Permit be
approved for 1147 Earls Court to relay the requirements of Section 802, RS=2

Small Lot Residential, Subsection (4) Front Yards.

BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS:

Pursuant to instructions issued by the Council at its meeting of

January 25th, 1988 the owners and residents of

property surrounding the

subject property have been advised that Council are considering issuance of
this Voluntary Development Variance Permit at its meeting of February 15th,
1988. Accordingly, at this time written or verbal submissions should be
considered by the Council and a decision reached as to whether or not the

Development Variance Permit should be issued.
