WHEREAS the "Official Community Plan Amendment Bylaw No. 7, 1987, No. 2311"
received first two readings eartier this evening;

THEREFORE it is now determined that the amendment to the Official! Community
Plan proposed to be enacted by Bylaw No. 2311 does not affect the District of
Coquittam, The Corporation of the District of Pitt Meadows, or the Greater
Vancouver Regional District.

1. Ronald Arthur Freeman shall be The Returning Officer.

2 Nominations will be held at the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Hall,
2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C. at the time specified by the
Statute; namely, 10:00 asm. to 12:00 noon on Monday, October 26th, 1987.

3. In case a poll is required the same wil! be held during the time specified
by Statute; namely, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, November Z1ist,
