at Public Hearing Earlier This Evening.

Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 2209, considered at a Zoning Public Hearing: held
earlier thls evening, is avaliable for third reading.

Counci! pollcy requires the Clerk to bring the avallablilty of this bylaw
for third reading to the attention of the Counc!! at this time. The Counc! }
may now decide whether It wishes to glve third reading Immediately or delay
it until the next meeting so that any representations made at the Hear ing

can be fully considered.

in order to preserve the judicial! nature of the procedure by which Counc! |
gives consideration to requests for rezoning It Is not possible for further
representations from the app!tcant or the public to be recelved now that the
Public Hearing has been adjourned.
